Kreea Baabahar, trauma-informed relationship coach and founder of Open Dialogue, smiling warmly
  • Kreea Baabahar is a relationship coach trained through The Relationship School, founded by Jayson Gaddis, and in Present-Centered Coaching. Her practice is rooted in emotional depth, somatic awareness, and relational integrity. She supports individuals, couples, and familial systems in exploring the patterns, needs, and internal narratives that shape their relational lives.

Kreea is currently on the road to becoming a fully licensed psychotherapist, deepening her work through psychodynamic training focused on the unconscious forces and early experiences that influence how we love and connect.

  • This is a space for those who crave deeper, more nuanced conversations about love, connection, and healing.

After years of personal therapy and coaching, I found myself silenced—not by others, but by the predictability of the responses I had come to expect. I already knew the script: choose yourself, cut ties, eliminate obstacles. But that never fully resonated with my values.

I believe in second chances. I believe in growth, in rehabilitation, in the radical act of staying when it’s right to stay. I believe in learning how to hold difference—not just cut it out. In a society that often prioritizes independence over interdependence, Open Dialogue is a return to relationship as a path, not a detour.

This is a space without judgment. A space for reimagining what’s possible. A space where you can honor your truth while also making space for others. Together, we’ll work toward creating a path that reflects your deepest values—not someone else’s roadmap, but your own.

  • At Open Dialogue, we work with individuals, couples, and relationship systems navigating the complexities of connection. Our work is rooted in the belief that every relationship—whether romantic, platonic, familial, or internal—holds the potential for healing and deeper understanding.

We are an inclusive space for people of all cultural backgrounds, races, genders, and identities. Our work honors the richness of your lived experience, and we’re especially attuned to those who have felt unseen or silenced in more traditional relational spaces.
